“Optimal dendritic structure to achieve various computational tasks with focus on neuromorphic design
My research explores the optimal dendritic structure of single cortical neurons for performing computational tasks in neuromorphic systems. By investigating how different neuron architectures impact efficiency and accuracy in machine learning tasks, I aim to bridge the gap between biological neural networks and artificial systems. This work focuses on understanding the computational trade-offs between simpler neuron models and more complex, highly branched structures, ultimately contributing to the design of energetically efficient and computationally robust neuromorphic hardware.“
