During the first half of 2023, ELSC members published 70 peer – reviewed papers. This amounts to almost twice as many peer-reviewed papers as in the same period in 2022. Our publications maintained their exceptional quality, with three papers published in Nature Neuroscience and four in Nature Communications.
These 70 publications include 10 collaborations between ELSC members, which continues to demonstrate the tight links that ELSC laboratories maintain between theoretical and experimental research. These collaborations include:
• Shaul Hochstein with Merav Ahissar – “Perceptual history biases in serial ensemble representation”
• Aviv Mezer with Naomi Habib – “Non-invasive assessment of normal and impaired iron homeostasis in the brain”
• Adi Mizrahi with Eli Nelken – “Surround suppression in mouse auditory cortex underlies auditory edge detection”
