The Makerspace involves operating machines that can cause thermal injuries, as well as dangerous manual tools. Do not touch any of the equipment if you are not permitted authorized to do so. We will be hosting an orientation meeting in the Makerspace, which will cover safety protocols and machine usage. These sessions are mandatory for anyone wishing to use the facility independently. In addition, please download and sign the safety forms if you wish to use the facility independently.
The meetings will be hosted in the makerspace each Tuesday at 11:00 and will last about an hour. You can register viain this link (aAny number of participants will be accepted).

For example, if you’ve found the perfect settings for cutting a 6mm acrylic sheet, please contribute those parameters to the shared charts in the Makerspace computers.

To book a machine, simply use the “Bookitlab” software. This platform will display a quote for your specific booking and allow you to reserve the equipment.
