PhD Candidate

Galit Agmon is a PhD candidate at ELSC at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She earned her BA in Cognitive Science and Linguistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2009, graduating summa cum laude. As part of her graduate studies, she spent 3 semesters as a visiting student at the Linguistics Department of McGill University, Montreal, Canada (2011-2012). Her current work focuses on monotonicity as a main property of quantifiers and its relevance to neuro-cognitive processing of natural language. She is the entrepreneur and co-founder of Common Ground:
